Food Kochi specialty! ! Straw-grilled bonito tataki (you can also demonstrate straw-grilling♪)
We mainly purchase wild fish caught in the morning from the Muroto area. We mainly serve "raw bonito" caught off the coast of Tosa, and we almost never use farmed fish. The ``bonito tataki'' is grilled after you order it. We are particular about straw produced locally in Nankoku City, and combine strong-fired kaya with fragrant straw to provide the best straw-grilled dishes. Please feel free to ask our staff about straw roasting demonstrations and experiences.

``Rice'' We use rice from ``Kubogawa Asagiri no Sato (Shichiri)'' in Kochi, which is famous for its Tenku rice (Nikomaru), which has become the best in Japan. ``Fish'' We mainly purchase natural fish caught in the morning from the Muroto area. We mainly serve "raw bonito" caught off the coast of Tosa, and we almost never use farmed fish.

Natural Mongolian rock salt ``Jamtdaus'' 100% rock salt from Obs County, Mongolia Rock salt from the Obsunor Basin, a world natural heritage site, has been called ``Jamtdaus'' in Mongolia since ancient times. Jamtu is the god of health, and daus means salt, and is considered a special salt.
