A special shari made with our original blend of shari vinegar and first-class Koshihikari rice, which has been around since our founding. Customers have said, ``I've never had sushi so delicious!'' and it's nicknamed ``golden shari'' because of its yellowish color. This is a special sushi that brings out the flavor of rice and makes the most of fresh Seafood.
