We purchase a whole Cow tongue and prepare it in-house for our "charcoal-grilled thick-sliced Cow tongue." We take the time and effort to prepare Cow tongue tongue, which is thoroughly infused with flavor, and then grill it over a strong charcoal fire after receiving an order from the customer.
