The company's history began as a small Shaved ice opened by a married couple called Yoshinojo Tani, the founder. Although it was not a prosperous time, we grew into Restaurants with the single-minded desire to ``enjoy your time with our carefully prepared food and heartfelt hospitality.'' Mikasa Kaikan's origins lie in Western Western Cuisine menus such as "deep-fried young chicken," "chicken curry," and "beef stew," which were still rare after the war. A "feast" that has been passed down through the ages and is loved by everyone. Please enjoy it.

Chef Yoshikawa joined Mikasa Kaikan in 1986. Learn the basics of French cuisine at the Usunuma restaurant. In 1993, he became the sous chef of French cuisine VerteSpa in California. After that, he became the head chef of the Higashi Ginza store and the head chef of the Usunuma store. During that time, he also gained training experience at the Italian seafood restaurant "Scacciapencheri" and the "Ribote du Turban" in the Provence region. In March 2017, he served as the head chef of AGIOnatura Ofuna, and in July 2019, he became the head chef of our restaurant.
