Jin will be celebrating its 10th anniversary this year! This is all thanks to everyone who has supported us. We will be holding an event to express our gratitude, so please invite your friends and come along. [10th Anniversary Event] will be held for 4 days from 6/23 (Sun) to 6/26 (Wed)!!!
Others Spring Fish Fair in April
Fish Dining Jin is particular about fish!! In April, we will be serving different dishes every 10 days. In addition to the usual menu of sashimi and carpaccio, we will be serving the above menu.
Food YAMADA oysters from the “Oyster Research Group”
At Jin, we have been offering Sanriku Oyster from the time we opened, with the hope of supporting reconstruction efforts. This year, which marks the 10th anniversary of the project, I visited the site and my feelings were once again strengthened. In February, we would like to hold an Oyster fair so that more people can try YAMADA oysters, and we will donate a portion of the proceeds to the ``Shin Oyster Research Group''. “Course to learn about earthquake disasters and Oyster” starts at ¥5,000. We look forward to your warm support.
