Food homemade white truffles
We use luxurious white truffles, which can only be found in Italy, in all of Ramen. Please enjoy the aromatic white truffles that you can rarely taste in Kanagawa.
Food Double soup made with Kyoto's local chicken "Kyoaka" and Honbinosu shellfish
The basic soup uses Kyoto's free-range chicken "Kyoaka" and combines it with the stock made from Honbinosu shellfish to create a soup that can only be tasted at our restaurant. We also recommend the rich and salty soup, which is a basic soup cooked at an even higher temperature.
Food homemade noodles
Durum semolina flour, which is rich in high-quality protein and vitamins, and rye, which is rich in nutritional value, dietary fiber, and vitamins, are used for thin and flat noodles. We use a unique blend of flour from Hokkaido to take advantage of the characteristics of each. This is a noodle that will attract the attention of those who use Ki in their body.
