At Sazan Dori Yakiton Iwao, located just inside Southern Street, you can enjoy dishes made with locally produced ingredients, such as fresh local produce, seasonal vegetables from contracted farmers,
...fresh fish delivered directly from Sagami Bay, and meat delivered every morning. All of the dishes are handmade with care and attention by artisans. Another great point is the wide selection of authentic shochu and pure rice sake that the staff themselves taste and select! Highly recommended are the "various yakiton" grilled over special binchotan charcoal, and the "specialty salted offal stew" with its irresistible melt-in-your-mouth offal. The "large-sized seared pan-fried pork meatballs" come in four different flavors that you'll never tire of. This is a great restaurant that can be enjoyed for a wide range of occasions, from casual solo drinking to dates and parties.
