We always have 8 to 10 types of high-quality, unique craft beers available. Inheriting traditional German manufacturing methods, we use only underground water from Tanzawa Mountain Valley, carefully selected malt, and hops. Please enjoy the pure taste of unfiltered and unheated sake. Kumazawa Sake Brewery, which has been in business for 150 years, produces the Japanese sake ``Tensei''. You can enjoy the refreshing flavor inspired by the climate of Shonan with your food. We also have a ``Tensei 4 Sake Comparison'' where you can enjoy the differences, so please be sure to order.

We recommend the 5,800 yen "Premium Course" that can be enjoyed with the company's sake. Available for lunch or dinner, any day of the week. Enjoy your meal slowly as each dish is served one by one. The assortment of freshly baked bread is baked in the attached "MOKICHIBaker." We use plenty of Shonan vegetables in our dishes. Please enjoy dishes unique to sake breweries that use sake lees and other ingredients. We can also prepare a surprise plate for an additional 500 yen.

Our store reuses a wooden wheat mill that has been in operation since before the war. The interior of the restaurant, which is based on wood, has a retro and stylish atmosphere. The large space with high ceilings has a feeling of openness and is perfect for parties.Please also make reservations for wedding after-party, company meetings, etc. In addition to renting screens and microphones, we also have a stage available. It can be reserved for up to 140 people, so please feel free to contact us. We will do our best to accommodate your layout and presentation requests.
