Wine is always on the Spanish table. We selected products from all over Spain, from Galicia and the Basque region in the north to Andalusia in the south. We chose wines mainly from the Tempranillo grape, but also from indigenous varieties such as Mencia and Codello. We have a wide selection of wines from modern Spanish wines unique to Spain to traditional wine makers, as well as Organic Food.

The Basque Country is surrounded by mountains and the sea and is blessed with delicious Seafood and meat. Our restaurant recommends the ``cod pil pil sauce'' made with salted cod. The sauce is made by emulsifying collagen-rich fish stock with high-quality olive oil and has a creamy taste. By using a low-temperature cooking method for fish called "confidata," the rich aroma of the olive oil is preserved, and the simple seasoning of garlic and hawk claws is brought to life in this dish. We also have a wide selection of lunches and courses, so please come by.
