We purchase carefully selected fresh fish from all over the country. In particular, we carefully select the best parts, mainly seafood from Ogasawara Sagami Bay, from a fish shop that we have been working with for over 20 years. It is made into large sashimi. We also stock rare fish depending on the procurement. Please enjoy the unique flavors such as whale blubber, old man, domestic salmon, and Atka mackerel sashimi.
