ChefThe true essence of Kamakura x Spanish Cuisine created by owner-chef Sakai
Due to the relocation in 2021, Ryo Sakai became the owner and chef of Yoyogi Hachiman's popular restaurant [Aldoac], which was renamed [anchoa]. His free-spirited dishes with the theme of `` Local Cuisine that reflects the climate and tradition'' continue to evolve year by year. We actively use seasonal ingredients from Kanagawa, including Kamakura vegetables and seafood from Sagami Bay, as well as chicken, pork, and game meat. We will be offering new course meals that are locally produced for local consumption, taking advantage of Kamakura's unique geographical advantage.

We offer a variety of courses that you can enjoy according to the theme. [Aldoac] ``Course Anchoa'' where you can enjoy dishes that are a modern sublimation of Local Cuisine from all over Spain, including ``Piquillo'', an assortment of red peppers that has been popular since time immemorial, and is popular in the Basque port town of Getaria. We offer a ``Basque-style fresh fish whole roast course'' that focuses on traditional specialty dishes. We will deliver a food experience that will remind you of faraway Spain.
