Food Carefully selected ingredients sourced from around the world. Fusion of Sushi and authentic Bistro
Our ingredients include mussels caught in the sea right in front of Mont Saint-Michel in Brittany, French game, and white asparagus. We also have fish caught in Sagami Bay that are not widely available, such as gurnard, cutlassfish, sandfish, and porcupine. Bistro menu includes duck confit and roast beef, which are cooked at a low temperature for 5 hours. Carefully selected ingredients will be prepared and served according to the customer's taste by artisans with first-class skills.

[Sushi Bistro Zen] was built based on the image of Japan that foreigners have. The first floor has an eye-catching red wall, with a color scheme inspired by a Spanish bar. We have provided a Standing bar counter and high chairs to make it easier for people from overseas to use. It is also a social gathering place for locals and tourists. The second floor is a space where you can spend a relaxing time, centered around a large table. We hope you can take a break from your daily routine and enjoy some adult time.

We have tasted all the wines and have about 800 brands, mainly from Burgundy. There is even a selection of wines that are suitable for the tastes of people called ``chevaliers.'' Among them is Benjamín Romeo's wine, which was approved by wine critic Robert Parker Jr. Also, when the producers come to Japan, they often stop by our store and we have a good relationship with them.
