Our unique thick-sliced cuts have been well-received, with comments such as ``soft texture and juicy meat that oozes out as you bite into them'' and ``unlike thinly sliced meats that are flimsy, you can feel the weight when you pick them up.'' Don't worry if you say, "But I'm worried about whether I can cook it properly myself." Our staff members carefully grill each piece and cut it into bite-sized pieces right in front of our customers. [From 12:00 noon] We have three types of lunch for you (one person OK) who want to eat thick Cow tongue cut to a thickness of 1.5 cm, overflowing with flavor and meat juice at a little discount. We also offer a 60-minute all-you-can-drink lunchtime course (plus 1,100 yen). If you like, you can use it together with the lunch set.

Not only thickly sliced Cow tongue! We also offer the finest Kuroge Wagyu beef, carefully selected by the owner from all over Japan. We also have our own salt-grilled Yakiniku (Grilled meat) seasoned with salt from an ancient lake in Mongolia, homemade green onion oil, freshly grated garlic, and fragrant freshly ground black pepper. We offer course menus starting from 6,700 yen, which are an absolute bargain for our customers. (You can also add 90 minutes of all-you-can-drink to each course for an additional 1,100 yen.)
