Located right next to the Mutsugawa 4-Chome bus stop! The animal-based soup is simmered carefully every day and is rich and full of flavor.
Our specialty is the rich soup made from chicken and pork bones, which are simmered for about 10 hours every day. We cook each bowl in a hand pan just before serving, and the two types of pork slices
...(pork belly and shoulder loin) are seared over a burner just before serving, so they are at their most delicious. The melting fat of the pork slices and the flavorful soup are truly exquisite. We also have side dishes such as dipping bread made by a French bread craftsman and pork slice rice with a sweet and spicy sauce that goes well with rice, so please enjoy them with your ramen! Some customers visit in anticipation of the limited menu, which changes about once every two months.
