Our chef carefully selects ingredients, sometimes even visiting farms, and uses only ingredients that he is truly passionate about. Enjoy authentic Italian Cuisine such as ``Carpaccio'' made with Kurohinogyu beef grown in the clear waters of Kyushu, ``Sheep Cacio e Pepe'' made with fresh pasta made by hand every day, and ``Homemade Tankaku Beef Bolognese.'' please. Freshly caught fish purchased from the Yokohama City Central Wholesale Market is served in a wide variety of ways, including aqua pazza, tomato-simmered, and charcoal-grilled.

Not only can you choose a bottle from our extensive wine list, but we also always have 3 to 4 types of wine by the glass available for couples to enjoy. There are about 18 types of whisky, including not only casual ones, but also I.W. Harper 12 Year Old, Hibiki, Yamazaki 12 Year Old, and Taketsuru 21 Year Old. We would like to create "playful Italian Cuisine that is not bound by boundaries" not only with a fixed menu, but also with our customers. Upon request, we will flexibly prepare a dish that is not on the menu from the ingredients available that day, or a dish that you have suggested. Also, be sure to check out the creative secret menu devised by the chef. Be sure to secretly order some unconventional dishes that aren't on the menu, such as the Daisen chicken Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers) tagliolini, which is served with a salt-based sauce and sauce-flavored Grilled skewer.

4 minutes walk from Higashihiraku Station. When you open the door, you'll be greeted by a white-based space illuminated by warm lighting. There are a total of 13 seats at the counter facing the open kitchen where you can enjoy the realism of cooking. We also have a table for up to 3 people. From March 2021, we will have table seats on the second floor where you can relax. The interior of the restaurant is comfortable both day and night, making it perfect for a variety of occasions, including dining with friends and family, girls' night out, and dates. Also great for lunch or bar time after 10pm.
