SpaceA carefully designed space filled with pleasant stimulation and a warm atmosphere
The thick block façade, reminiscent of a fortress, has 21 round holes that look like palms. At 6 p.m., a soft light begins to filter through and ``Haseshige'' welcomes guests. Push through the heavy glass door to find an open kitchen counter lined with clean white cotton-covered chairs. We also have private rooms in the back with a calm, urban-chic atmosphere. (Total 36 seats)
ChefMaster introduction
His day begins by examining ingredients at the early morning market. After that, we cut the big fish, cut the fresh vegetables, and carefully prepared the stock, working silently and endlessly until the store opened at 6pm. He says this has been a stressful moment every day since the store opened. One such pure person is Shigeki Hasegawa, also known as Oyakata. The dishes he creates are by no means glamorous, but they have a heart-wrenching beauty and a heart-warming depth of flavor.

Based on the belief that we value "invisible work" such as examining ingredients and sticking to soup stock, we would like to infuse a fresh feeling into traditional Japanese Cuisine. In addition, in
...2008, restaurant was completely renovated, and it was reborn as a restaurant with a commitment to "Hasemo-ryu" in cooking, dishes, space, and customer service. To continue to be a store that becomes more attractive the more you go to it. I believe that this is the key word of Hasemo and the eternal theme.
