Unaju

This unaju is made with carefully selected domestically farmed eels. Although it varies depending on the season, we mainly use eels from Aichi and Shizuoka prefectures. We can also serve the kabayaki and rice separately.

Eel pot (Ukama)

Mix the kabayaki with rice that has been individually cooked in a pot, and enjoy the first serving as is, the second with condiments, the third with dashi, and the fourth with grated yam. *We use domestically farmed eels.

Natural eel, unaju

This unaju is made with wild eels from the old Yoshino River in Tokushima Prefecture. Please enjoy the original aroma and flavor of eel. *As numbers are limited, it may be sold out. Thank you for your understanding.

Eel (farmed) from Shimanto, Kochi Prefecture

By raising the eels in underground water from the Shimanto River without using any antibiotics or other chemicals and in conditions as close to nature as possible, we are able to produce eels that are nutritious and have the nostalgic, original flavor that rivals that of wild eels.
