After joining Hotel New Grand in 1989, Chef Hiroshi Tomizawa studied under two generations of head chefs and was appointed as the third generation head chef in 2013. While adhering to the concept of Restaurants [Il Giardino], ``Authentic Italian Cuisine cuisine in a casual setting'', we strive to create dishes that are particular about seasonal ingredients. In the kitchen, we sincerely inherit the traditional "taste" and "style," while in the hall, we warmly welcome customers in a homely atmosphere.
