The first thing you should try is the ``Raw Tuna Mayo'', an authentic dish made from tuna. Please take a look at the popular "Potato Salad" made in the style of mashed potatoes and the "Takosan Wiener" that will make you smile. You can choose from two types of set meals, pork belly or shoulder loin, using "diamond pork" from Chiba prefecture and Koshihikari rice. Half & half is also possible! Our restaurant's style is to simply season the meat with salt and pepper, then dip it in ponzu sauce or egg yolk. The rice has a refreshing yet mellow taste. We are also proud of our soup, which is a variation of Osaka's popular "meat soup" using pork. This is a delicacy in which the clear, golden soup stock made from kelp and bonito flakes is deeply absorbed.

We have a wide variety of drinks, from affordable highballs to slightly more luxurious highballs, champagne, and Kinmiya shochu. We also have wine, sake, and rare whiskeys.

The interior has the atmosphere of Coffee shops or bar, and there are 21 seats at the counter and tables, making it comfortable for even solo guests.
