This is sea urchin rice that you can enjoy to the fullest.The sea urchin rice, made with generous amounts of Hokkaido hairy crab, which has an exquisite taste and texture, and sprinkled with green onions, is one of our recommended dishes.Depending on the availability of the sea urchin on the day.
