The ``Potato Manju'' prepared by head chef Suguru Yamamiya with all his heart is a classic and popular dish that won an award at the Gourmet Grand Prix. Salmon and cheese are wrapped in soft, steamed potato dough with a chewy texture, and made with Konome butter, Asazuki, and silver bean paste to create a heartwarming and fragrant dish. Our specialty, ``Potato Manju,'' can also be enjoyed as part of our creative Japanese-style meal, ``Tsuki Course.'' Please enjoy it with your favorite sake.
