Freshly caught fish from the local Sagami Sea in Kanagawa is delivered to the store every morning! We never use frozen or filleted fish, so of course the sashimi and carpaccio, as well as the aqua pazza and fish and chips, are all fluffy and delicious! We use locally grown, freshly harvested seasonal vegetables that don't require transportation time or costs, so they're nutritious and full of flavor! Please come and enjoy some delicious local food!
