Jing Dinglou's Xiaolongbao is a ``thin skin Xiaolongbao'' that is carefully handcrafted one by one by a skilled Dim sum pork is wrapped in delicate leather dough and steamed using a unique method to create collagen and flavor. The result is Xiaolongbao with plenty of soup. Enjoy the ultra-thin skin that you can see through the inside, and the delicate flavor of the pork filling and soup that spreads in your mouth. You can also enjoy a wide variety of dishes such as oolong Xiaolongbao, crab meat Xiaolongbao long bao, and seasonal Xiaolongbao.
