We purchase Japanese black beef and domestic beef from carefully selected sources. Two parts are used for Steak. You can choose from the lean and refreshing "fillet" or the juicy "sirloin". Additionally, our group company operates a greengrocer, so we carefully select vegetables from all over the country for side dishes and salads.
