A new type of shabu shabu was created when Kagoshima Prefecture's six-black and white pork meets seafood soup stock. The golden color of the soup stock is a miraculous color that was created after much effort. Enjoy Kagoshima fish, black pork, and delicacies from the mountains and sea with shabu shabu-shabu.
