Food Miyazaki beef won the Prime Minister's Award
At Yakiniku (Grilled meat) Shumon, we purchase our meat from Anraku Chikusan in Miyazaki Prefecture. In 2022, Miyazaki Beef won the Prime Minister's Award, the highest award, at the National Wagyu Beef Exhibition, which is said to be the Olympics of Wagyu beef and is held once every five years, making it the fourth consecutive victory. Among them, Anraku Chikusan has accomplished the remarkable feat of winning the Kyushu Grand Champion title four times. By purchasing one animal from Anraku Livestock, we can provide it to you at a reasonable price.
Food Commitment to delicious meat
Our meats such as ribs and loin (with some exceptions) are not frozen. After being wet-aged in a strictly temperature-controlled refrigerator, it is delivered to restaurant. When you freeze meat, the water freezes and becomes crystals, destroying the meat cells, and when thawed, drips occur and the flavor components are washed away. By cutting only the amount needed for the day, we offer delicious meat without having to freeze it.
Food Hormones visible to producers
The hormones we are currently offering at our store (with the exception of some products) are from Anraku Chikusan. Wagyu beef hormones are rare and extremely valuable. Our store also purchases hormones through a contract with Anraku Chikusan, a fattening farmer. Hormones made by producers are safe, secure, and truly delicious. Please try the fatty and tender offal at least once.

Our restaurant offers pair seats limited to two, private and spacious private rooms, bench seats for casual use, and a sunken kotatsu banquet hall that can accommodate 54 people.
