The seafood is delivered directly from Toyosu every day and is extremely fresh. Sushi toppings are kept in a cypress topping case with ice instead of in the refrigerator. The owner's commitment is to ``bring out the best moment in the ingredients'' and ``to thoroughly control the temperature and time of the fish.'' You can also enjoy seasonal ingredients, so please try them when you visit us.
Food Shari is made with carefully selected sun-dried rice and red vinegar.
Among the rice grown in Uonuma, we only use sun-dried Koshihikari from Tokamachi, which has the harshest temperatures. This rice has all three characteristics: sweetness, stickiness, and aroma. Fukuzushi's sushi vinegar does not use any sugar, only secret red vinegar and phantom salt. We offer simple and nutritious sushi rice.
