Our restaurant is more particular about meat than anyone else, no matter what time of day it is. The only meat we use for Steak is sirloin and fillet, all of which are of the highest quality. The chef's reliable "eye for meat selection" is genuine. The chef personally tastes the product on the spot while having the vendor taste it, and if he is not satisfied with the product, he returns the product. While we keep costs down by purchasing whole cows, we are able to find truly delicious meat because we use the "best meat of the day" rather than the region or breed.

The counter seats, where you can feel free to come by yourself, are truly special seats where you can enjoy a lighthearted conversation between the friendly chef and his mother. The calm table seats are perfect for family meals and gatherings. When you come as a couple, we have a stylish restaurant where you don't talk much so that you can enjoy your time alone.
