We order single variety (single origin) tea from tea farmers all over the country, allowing you to enjoy more than 30 types of tea. Enjoy rare items that are rarely available, as well as fresh teas tailored to the season.

Not only the Japanese tea, but also the ``pure ice'' for Shaved ice and various types of ``honey'' were all made in Japan. We have collected carefully selected ingredients such as fruits from each prefecture, domestic rice, red beans, and bracken powder.

In addition to the menu, which includes single-variety Japanese tea, Shaved ice made with homemade syrup, ochazuke made with carefully selected rice, rice topped with specially selected eggs, and warabimochi (bracken mochi) made with 100% real bracken flour, the restaurant also commissions a ceramic artist to create the tableware served in the shop, which are then displayed along with the food in the sales corner.
