We use real vegetables from carefully selected producers. From Hokkaido we have winter-aged potatoes (Awakening of the Incas) and red radishes. Candy corn from Nagano. Aged and preserved sweet potatoes from Kyoto. Purple Sweet Road, etc. The accompanying vegetables are also carefully prepared by our staff.
