Daisen chicken that has been carefully raised for 55 days, freshly ground in the morning, is carefully cooked using far infrared rays of Kishu Bincho charcoal. The taste changes with just one knife, so prepare carefully. Some parts are left to rest overnight to bring out their flavor. In addition, by properly draining the blood from the liver, you can enjoy it rare and delicious without any odor. Please try our yakitori, which is cooked to perfection according to the cut and takes advantage of the quality of the ingredients.

Our commitment is not limited to yakitori. We are also proud of our homemade "soup stock" with no chemical seasonings added. Ramen, Kamameshi (rice cooked in a pot), and Oyako-don (Chicken and egg bowl), which uses "chicken soup" made by cooking the guts, heads, momiji, and vegetables of 30 Daisen Jidori chickens for five hours, are exquisite! You can enjoy the full flavor of the chicken until the last drop.
