The reason why we can offer truly delicious Kuroge Wagyu beef, regardless of its origin or grade, is because we are chefs with deep knowledge of meat. We use the finest meat and ingredients from Hyogo Prefecture, which are grown in a rich environment, to provide dishes that have a profound feel and suppleness that make the most of the goodness of each ingredient. Pairing wines (3 types starting from 2,600 yen) are also available to accompany your meal.
