After graduating from culinary school, the owner trained at a number of famous restaurants in Kyoto, Tokushima, Oita, etc., and opened our restaurant in September 2023 in Kobe, where there is an abundance of high-quality vegetables and seafood. We will prepare a wide variety of dishes with a sense of fun and attention to detail that is not bound by boundaries, and is left to the owner's selection. We want our customers to enjoy Japanese Cuisine in a relaxed manner, so we prepare each and every dish with sincerity. Enjoy delicious food and sake to your heart's content in a calm atmosphere.

We are particular about our soup stock and rice. The soup stock is made with carefully selected ingredients such as kelp from Hokkaido, dried bonito flakes from Kagoshima, and water from Mt. Rokko. Also, be sure to check out the "earthen pot rice" that is delivered at the end of the course. The rice that has been polished that day is cooked in a Shigaraki earthenware pot using water from Mt. Rokko. In addition, you can enjoy ingredients from all over the country, including seafood from Akashi and Tarumi, the standard mackerel for Sushi caught in the Kanto region, and Miyazaki beef and rice from Shiga.

Our store is located on the basement floor of a building near Motomachi Station. As you enter the store, you will find a bright and clean interior with a Japanese atmosphere, boasting a comfortable space where you won't have to strain your shoulders. We have 6 spacious counter seats with an open kitchen in front of you, where you can enjoy a conversation with the chef. Since it is limited to 2 groups, you can enjoy a luxurious time in which you can enjoy your meal in peace. Please use it for a wide range of occasions, including important days such as entertainment and celebrations.
