We mainly prepare dishes using delicious fish from Akashi and Awaji! Akashi octopus that can be tasted raw is a must! Other, we will use vegetables purchased at the market, Awaji chicken, Kuroge Wagyu beef, and more to create delicious dishes that go well with sake!
