Our signature dish is stewed shark fin, using the highest quality extra-large tail fin. It's thick, supple, and full of collagen, which makes you happy! Because we purchase it in bulk through our own route, we can offer it at a reasonable price, compared to around 10,000 yen at other stores. It has become a hot topic in the media for being able to eat delicious and high-quality shark fin at an affordable price. We also recommend Bucchousho, a soup made with shark fin and various Chinese herbs.

The `` Tabelog Limited Special Course'' comes with one piece of stewed shark fin per person, as well as a variety of standard dishes such as mapo tofu and fried rice. Offered at a special price only available on Tabelog. In addition, the ``Pair Course'' includes a luxurious menu of stewed shark fin and shark fin soup, as well as giant shrimp with chili sauce and Seafood, and desserts such as homemade black sesame dumplings and almond tofu.
