Our restaurant is proud of Omi Shamo, which has a unique texture and rich flavor. We purchase both male and female fish, so you can enjoy tasting them and comparing them. The muscular male has an attractive red-like flesh. Females have a soft texture and are slightly fatty. In order to bring out the original flavor of the ingredients to the fullest, we do not add any extra seasoning, and instead serve our binchotan charcoal with a heating process unique to it. Tonight, be sure to enjoy our carefully selected course meals that change with the seasons to your heart's content.

``Today's selection Course (6,500 yen)'' includes 2 types of appetizers such as raw breast meatballs, tataki, and momoyaki, 7 pieces of grilled chicken, grilled vegetables, a la carte dish, and a final dish. The recommended parts of the grilled chicken are served mainly with salt sauce to bring out the flavor of the ingredients. You can enjoy grilled vegetables that bring out the flavors of the season, and to finish off your meal, you can enjoy rice dishes, shamo soba, and salt ramen made with soup stock from Omi shamo. Another must-see is the Grilled skewer Course (3,000 yen), which is available after 8:30 p.m.
