...ことも。人気の料理１つ目はねぎ塩ラーメンです。北海道産の軟白（なんぱく）ねぎを白髪のように縦に細くせん切りにして、辛味のあるタレで和えてあります。2つ目は野菜みそらーめんです。もやし、きくらげ、にんじん、たまねぎ、白菜などがたっぷり山盛りに載ったラーメン。野菜の甘みがベースのスープに染み渡ってマイルドで野菜独特のスープのお味になっています。男性問わず特に女性にも大人気のラーメンです。
