The combination of Hokkaido Abashiri's mountain wasabi and Hanatokachi's homemade sauce is outstanding. It serves as an accent to the taste of Pork bowl, bringing out its flavor even more!

We place detailed orders for Hokkaido rice called "Fukkurinko," which is grown with reduced pesticides by contract farmers in Bibai City, Hokkaido, and have the rice polished and sent to us each time.The rice is then served freshly cooked. I'm here.

Our signature sauce uses plenty of Japanese sake and honey, and is carefully prepared in-house, pot by pot, without any additives. It is characterized by its rich flavor without any harshness. Hokkaido pork with a good balance of fat and meat goes perfectly with sweet and plump Hokkaido rice [Fukkurinko] grown at Fukasawa Farm, a contracted farm in Bibai City! It's so delicious that even after you've finished eating the main pork, you can continue to eat the rice with just the sauce.
We recommend the ``Makahara Butadon'', a long-established Pork bowl restaurant located a 7-minute walk from Obihiro Station, which is half Hokkaido pork loin and half Pork bowl belly.
Carefully selected tender and rich Hokkaido pork loin and pork belly are coated with a homemade sauce rich in honey and Japanese sake, and repeatedly coated and grilled on a high-temperature electric
...grill with the same frequency as charcoal. Hokkaido rice grown with reduced pesticides by contracted farmers is sliced and placed on freshly cooked rice that is milled for each order, sprinkled with edamame from Nakasatsunai Village near Obihiro City, and served with the wild, spicy flavor of Memuro Town. The famous ``Hakkara Butadon'' with ``Yama Pork bowl' placed in the center.
