As the name of this directly managed fish wholesaler suggests, we are full of freshly caught fish delivered directly from the fishing grounds! In addition to products produced in Hokkaido, we mainly carry products directly shipped from fishing grounds around the country. What I would like to recommend is [Hokkaido sashimi platter]! We put the passion for 100% Hokkaido into the best procurement of the day, and deliver it with freshness and taste that you won't find anywhere else in Asahikawa! Both the side dishes and the finish are fresh, such as [Isoyaki], which is grilled while everyone is chatting, and [Ezo Kobore Meshi], which is topped with sashimi.
