You can choose the size of the sushi to suit your appetite and eating style. For example, if you want to enjoy snacks or a la carte dishes, choose a smaller sushi rice to avoid being too full. If you want to enjoy mainly artisan Sushi, you can choose a larger size depending on your mood that day. We are particular about not only fresh seafood purchased on the same day, delivered directly from our own seafood company, but also delicious sushi made from original rice produced in collaboration with the Hokkaido food industry.
