"Hey~! With a loud shout, the salmon roe is served in a bowl of rice, and then again and again. The vigorous performance that spills out of the bowl can now be said to be a specialty of Hokkaido tourism. Served with homemade soy sauce pickles, which have been continuously improved since our founding, our annual consumption is about 20 tons. In addition, restaurant staff will actually go fishing on a boat and experience rough seas. While paying tribute to the fishermen who fight for their lives every day, we offer the highest quality food.

A total of 60 seats. The interior of the store is worthy of being called "How much Goten". It is the only Hachikyo affiliated store with a mezzanine restaurant.

CRABGANG is a crab Ramen restaurant located on the first basement floor of the building next to Hachikyo's main store. We use the finest soup packed with the flavor of crab, made with all the ingredients such as shelled crab, soup stock, miso, and crab oil. There are many ways to enjoy it, such as dinner or Ramen. Please enjoy this serious drink supervised by Hachikyo, which has been researched for many years!
We are closed on Mondays. Reservations for February are also becoming crowded. Make reservations fast.
