Chef Shizuru Tamazaki: After graduating from culinary school, he worked at a popular Italian Cuisine in Sapporo before moving to Teatro di Massa. He was appointed as the chef this year, marking his fifth year under his predecessor, Chef Nitta. We will strive every day to add our own unique sensibilities to the cuisine we have cultivated over the years, and to please our customers.
