At our restaurant, we serve dishes that are carefully prepared by our artisans. We use plenty of seasonal ingredients, mainly seafood. Although we are not a Sushi or a robatayaki restaurant, we offer a wide variety of creative Seafood dishes. Because we always follow the seasons, the menu changes depending on the season, so one of our attractions is that you can always enjoy seasonal dishes. You can also enjoy the dishes prepared by our craftsmen with their heart and soul as a course meal.

The restaurant is filled with the warmth of wood and is equipped with counter seats as well as private rooms perfect for entertaining and banquets. This relaxing space can be used by individuals or groups. You can stop by on your way home from work. Good for banquets such as year-end parties and farewell parties. In addition, labels of famous sake from all over Japan are posted on the walls of the store, giving you an idea of the wide variety of local sake available. All-you-can-drink options are available separately with the course, so enjoy with a drink in hand.

The owner personally goes out to purchase and carefully selects the seasonal ingredients. We offer extremely fresh ingredients. Our specialty is Seafood, and we recommend sashimi made with seasonal seafood. We are also proud of our sea urchin, crab, and tuna. For local Hokkaido customers, we offer seasonal Seafood from outside Hokkaido. For customers coming from outside of Hokkaido, we offer seasonal Seafood from Hokkaido. Enjoy the joy of discovering new flavors by enjoying ingredients you are not used to eating.

At our store, we carry a wide variety of famous sake from all over Japan, but we also recommend a sake from Shimane called "Ougi." Everything about the alcoholic beverage “Ouji” is special. The raw sake is slowly grown in a refrigerator at -5 degrees Celsius, and President Takeki Ishihara personally tastes it and ships it at the best time. All unfiltered, raw, and unadjusted products are limited edition. Please enjoy a luxurious time as we offer a pairing of Enya's food and Oroku.
