There is a Sapporo City Central Wholesale Market near our store, which is a great environment where you can purchase a wide variety of live fish. Whether you are visiting alone or with a group of people, we will create a signature sashimi platter with the amount and toppings that suit everyone's taste! Check out the seasonal flavors and specialties such as hairy crab and sea urchin with your tongue! The alcohol is progressing!

After you have tasted sashimi, you will want a richer taste. There are two items I would like to recommend. ``Wasabi cheese pizza'' and ``homemade cream cheese.'' When it comes to wasabi and cheese, you might think that the spiciness of wasabi would be softened...but we made it into a tangy and exciting pizza◎And after letting your mouth play with it a little, you can classic cream cheese. Take a breather. Enjoy it with alcohol that goes well with two different types of dishes!
