"Hey~! With a loud shout, the salmon roe is served in a bowl of rice, and then again and again. The vigorous performance that spills out of the bowl can now be said to be a specialty of Hokkaido tourism. Served with homemade soy sauce pickles, which have been continuously improved since our founding, our annual consumption is about 20 tons. In addition, restaurant staff will actually go fishing on a boat and experience rough seas.
