A Mexican Steak where flavorful and juicy beef skirt steak (outside skirt) is marinated in a special sauce made with lime juice and several types of spices, then slowly grilled! It's also good when wrapped in homemade tortillas with vegetables as a side dish! !

ELtope's tortillas are not made from wheat flour, but corn flour (masa flour) and are made by hand every day using ELtope's original tortilla machine! The meat is seasoned with fragrant Mexican chili peppers and spices, and goes perfectly with the homemade salsa sauce!
