Sato's parfaits include soft serve Soft serve ice cream, Ice cream, sorbet, mousse, and baked goods all made in-house. We believe that not only melting in the mouth, texture, and harmony, but also appearance is a part of deliciousness, so we pay special attention to visual aspects. In addition, our store is also a member of Sapporo Shimeparfait, so you can end your Sapporo night with drinks and the finest parfait in the back alleys of Tanukikoji. ``Sapporo Shime Parfait'' is a staple of Sapporo nights. It is a custom to end the day with a cold and sweet parfait made with Soft serve ice cream made from freshly squeezed milk and local seasonal ingredients. The restaurant has a modern Japanese atmosphere that creates such a delicious moment. We have counter seats that are comfortable for even one person, and small table seats where you can relax. Just like the parfait that has evolved uniquely in Japan, it is a sweet space that expresses the Japanese idea of "Western".

The coffee you'll want to enjoy with your parfait is made with beans roasted at Roachroaster, a popular hideaway cafe in Sapporo that the owner is in love with. We carefully extract two types of roast, mild roast with just the right amount of acidity, and deep roast Italian Cuisine roast, using flannel drip. We also offer carefully selected alcoholic beverages, snacks and light meals.
