A rich variety of specialty ingredients and Local Cuisine from all over Japan, from Hokkaido to Okinawa, are available. Enjoy original collaboration menus that combine local gourmet foods with ingredients from each region, such as Tottori Daisen Chicken cutlet with Nagoya miso. *On Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays from April 27th (Saturday) to May 6th (Monday, holiday), there will be a two-part system of 90 minutes for lunch and 120 minutes for dinner.
