We create a monthly menu so you can enjoy a new dish each time you visit. For the meat, we use Wagyu beef purchased from Shimane Prefecture. Our fish is also carefully prepared, with a focus on fish shipped directly from Hamada City, Shimane Prefecture. We will deliver a dish woven with beautiful aromas and ingredients that will satisfy your five senses.
