All ingredients are carefully selected by the chef himself, including seasonal fresh fish purchased from all over the country, A5-ranked Hiroshima beef, and vegetables purchased from contracted farmers. Born in Hiroshima in 1983. After gaining experience in the food and beverage industry as a bartender and in a hall, he was recognized for his culinary talent and decided to become a chef. Under the guidance of former Italian Cuisine chefs and former chefs, he honed his skills by seeing happy customers and smiling faces, and became independent in 2013. We continue to deal with ingredients seriously every day, without compromising on the details. Please take your time and enjoy a dish filled with the chef's attention to detail, from the selection of ingredients to the presentation.
